This service allows me to compare your property to ALL the other properties in your price range, square fottage range, neighborhood, or any other means of comparison. The CMA results will show how your property compares to the competion (those actively for sale) and to the properties that have sold. Looking at the comparable sales and the competeion will prvide you with a better feel for and understanding of the real estate market you are in. This knowledge will guide you in correctly pricing your property and buying or selling it as quickly and easily as possible.
